This week we have been learning to solve multiplication word problems using skip counting, repeated addition and known facts.
We have been learning to read scales as part of our measurement learning. I can accurately label a scale with different weights up to 1000g.
We have been learning how to use TinkerCad in Awa. Here is a design I made to print and turn into a Key ring to give to my grandparents tomorrow.
With Miss Chapman we have been learning to measure length using different informal units. Here are my estimates and measurements of a book.
Tomorrow is our school’s Greats and Grands Day. This week we wrote about how special our grandparents are and we made a ‘photo’ of us with our grandparents to be made into a calendar. Here are my 2 pieces of work.
Next term we have a special day where our grandparents come and visit us at school. Here is an invitation I made for my grandparents. I love being able to share my mahi with them. I hope they can come.
